Request for Proposals: Annual Audit Services
The Gold Ridge Resource Conservation District is seeking proposals from qualified certified public accountant firms to provide annual audit services for fiscal years 2026, 2027, and 2028, with the option to extend the engagement for up to three additional years.
Audits will be conducted in accordance with California State Controller requirements for special districts, Generally Accepted Auditing Standards, and Government Auditing Standards. Services include annual financial statement audits, management letters with recommendations, and related financial consultation as needed.
Gold Ridge RCD invites qualified firms with experience serving governmental agencies and special districts to submit proposals.
Proposal Deadline: May 15, 2026, by 4:00 PM (PST)

The District anticipates reviewing proposals at its May 21, 2026 Board meeting, with firm selection shortly thereafter.
